Call Kathleen Penney at 408-289-9918.  She manages the service that picks up your vehicle (at no charge to you) and handles the vehicle clearance through the DMV.  You just need to have the Certificate of Title (pink slip).  YOUR VEHICLE NEED NOT BE REGISTERED OR RUNNING.  Nearly all vehicles are accepted.
